The cost of the fiberglass, silver and rubber roof coating for a new home has gone up, but it is still a good investment.
That’s according to a report from the National Association of Home Builders, and it highlights the rising cost of building a new one.
The National Association says that the cost of roofing materials has risen nearly 60% over the past decade, to an average of $5,865 per roof in 2014.
But the new cost of these materials, which include rubber and fiberglass coatings, has increased by more than 70% since 2008.
The report estimates that the annual average cost of a roofing coating is now $1,091, compared to $938 in 2008.
That is a 35% increase, and the cost has gone from $1.6 million in 2008 to $3.9 million in 2014, the report said.
While many of the new roofing coatings are for new homes, some have been around for a long time, the association said.
There are two kinds of roof coating: plastic and rubber.
The rubber and plastic coatings were introduced in the 1970s, and since then have become very popular, said Nancy Bove, president and CEO of the National Associations Building Manufacturers Association.
They are durable, have a good bond and the materials are a good fit, she said.
She said that because of this, the industry has been able to grow, particularly in recent years, because people have been buying roofing.
The industry has seen a significant increase in the last decade, she added.
But the rubber and rubber coating can also be used on older structures, such as single-family homes.
And many older homes are made from wood, and they are expensive, Bove said.
The NAAB report found that in 2014 the average price of a home with a fiberglass or rubber roofing covering was $3,842, compared with $3 a decade earlier.
The NAAT also found that prices of steel, aluminum and fiberglas coatings have increased over the last 10 years.
The prices of aluminum and steel have gone up by a similar amount, the NAA report said, while copper and aluminum have increased by about 40%.
The cost of rubber and aluminum coatings also rose, but they are still cheaper than other coatings.
The average price for rubber coatings in 2014 was $2,868, compared and $3 in 2008, according to the NAAA.
And the price of aluminum coaters has increased about 40%, the NNAB report said.(This story has been corrected to show that the NTAB report is based on prices for a home that has a fiberglas or rubber coating.
The organization says it is based off prices for single-Family Homes.
